“We look for people with curiosity, an eye for detail and the ambition to be part of something outstanding. Ideas matter more than seniority here, so the first thing we look for is someone who will use that, not someone waiting to be told what to think.”
Is This You?
Are you an explorer?
We love to work with people who are curious about a place before they have even opened the brief. People who listen closely, ask unexpected questions and would rather find a better answer than settle for a safe one.
Here, ideas are tested, challenged and made stronger together. If you can sit in a design review, be challenged and come back with something better rather than something defensive, you are already beginning to think like a BLINKer.
We value people who care deeply about the work, but do not hold ideas too tightly. People who bring energy, craft and imagination to the table, and understand that great hospitality design is shaped by collaboration, curiosity and respect for place.
This Is Us
BLINK is a global design studio shaped by many cultures, perspectives and places. Our studios in Bangkok, Singapore, Dubai and London are connected by a broader community of BLINKers, including team members working remotely across the world.
Across studios, disciplines and time zones, we share ideas openly and work together with curiosity, care and respect.
Growing Through Experience
We believe people grow through exposure to new places, new cultures, new teams and new ways of thinking.
Through our S.W.A.P exchange initiative, BLINKers have the opportunity to spend time in another studio, building relationships across teams and experiencing how different markets, cultures and project contexts shape the way we work.
A Wish to Remember by Kayte McMillan continues this spirit of exploration. Created in memory of Kayte, the award gives BLINKers the chance to step beyond the familiar, travel with purpose and return with fresh perspective to share with the wider studio.
These experiences are not only about developing professional skills. They are about becoming more open-minded people, with a deeper understanding of the world, the people we work with and the places we help shape.
