Aileen Goh

As an architectural design graduate from the University of Melbourne, Aileen pursued her design career in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore. With a focus on hospitality design projects, she has worked on a diverse range of projects for both building and interior design.

With natural gifts for communication, strategic planning and leadership being apparent, when her BLINK journey marched into the 9th year, she shifted her focus from project and portfolio management to BLINK’s strategic growth. She works closely with the leadership team to create the company’s strategic visions and set its course. On top of that, she focuses on building new work synergies and constantly assessing strategic initiatives across all levels.

Aileen has always been governed by her belief that only through tenacity and innovation will truly memorable results be achieved. This makes her someone who sees a problem as an opportunity for improvement.
