Sasiphim Chutikanont (Ing), Associate Director, and Pachara Srisutthitada (Marc), Lead Designer at BLINK, recently gave a special lecture titled Think Like a Student, Design Like a Professional: Hotel and Resort Interior Design.

As part of the Interior Design V course for third-year students at Silpakorn University, Ing and Marc spoke about how exploration broadens your vision. They encouraged students to stay curious, keep up with evolving trends, and experience the world with their own eyes. Most importantly, they emphasised the value of discovering the designers who inspire you — those influences will help shape your perspective and guide your path.

Reflecting on the experience, Ing said:
“It was truly an honour to be back at the university that shaped us. I still remember sitting in that same room, listening to alumni present their work from an international firm like ours — their work deeply inspired me. I never imagined that one day I would stand at the front of the room, giving back to a new generation while our professors listened. It was a full-circle moment I will always cherish.

We shared that the lessons from university remain deeply relevant today, continuing to guide how we think, work, and grow as professionals.”
