At DiALOGUE vol.20 in Tokyo, Clint Nagata shared how BLINK began in a new country and grew into a global studio with 120 team members across five cities. Curiosity, courage, and craft have shaped their journey.

Building on this journey, Clint spoke about luxury that listens. He explained that design is a collaborative process—one shaped together with clients, through shared experience and a deep respect for the unique context of each project.
